- My hubby had just left on his 3RD deployment. I wanted so bad to lose weight while he was gone. My mom and I were talking and I mentioned I wanted to lose weight. She asked "How much, like 20 or 25lbs" I looked at her (a little shocked )and said I wanted to be realistic about it and would aim for 10 or 15. I started taking ACE mid November. I took 1 pill at 10am with breakfast. I made sure to drink plenty of water (8 glasses each day.) I skipped one day a week to keep my metabolism guessing. My workout consisted of chasing around my 2 babies (nothing too extreme). Mid January I started taking 2 pills a day. (10 am and 2pm) My hubby got home 3 months after I started ACE. I had lost 20lbs!I went off ACE for 6 weeks to see if I would gain the weight right back. I stayed the same !I started taking it again and I am officially down 26lbs. ACE is AMAZING WITH REAL RESULTS. I WANT TO SHARE MY STORY TO HELP ANYONE OUT THERE WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT. ACE helps control your appetite and gives you energy. You still need to eat with ACE or it will not work. I ate 3 meals a day but taking ACE helped me to not over eat.If you have any questions please email, call/text, or facebook message me.
