- My hubby had just left on his 3RD deployment. I wanted so bad to lose weight while he was gone. My mom and I were talking and I mentioned I wanted to lose weight. She asked "How much, like 20 or 25lbs" I looked at her (a little shocked )and said I wanted to be realistic about it and would aim for 10 or 15. I started taking ACE mid November. I took 1 pill at 10am with breakfast. I made sure to drink plenty of water (8 glasses each day.) I skipped one day a week to keep my metabolism guessing. My workout consisted of chasing around my 2 babies (nothing too extreme). Mid January I started taking 2 pills a day. (10 am and 2pm) My hubby got home 3 months after I started ACE. I had lost 20lbs!I went off ACE for 6 weeks to see if I would gain the weight right back. I stayed the same !I started taking it again and I am officially down 26lbs. ACE is AMAZING WITH REAL RESULTS. I WANT TO SHARE MY STORY TO HELP ANYONE OUT THERE WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT. ACE helps control your appetite and gives you energy.
